To Whom It May Concern: Dave Miller Built our dream house. he did a truly outstanding job. I want you to know about it. Dave was recommended to us by friends who had just moved into their dream house built for them by Dave. Because they were so happy with the process and the end result, we decided to meet with Dave to determine whether or not we could do business. From the very beginning of our association Dave acted not only as a builder but as a consultant, teacher, and collaborator. Dave's tact and ability to make suggestions at critical points of the construction process gave us the ability to make decisions in a timely manner so construction was not delayed. Dave has a wonderful eye for the balance and aesthetic appointmants of a house. He often made suggestions to us that were improvements on our own ideas. He worked closely with us to find the right combination of design and finishing touches. His suggestions were unfailingly correct and aesthetically pleasing. One of the primary concerns we had as we started the project was to have the house finished before Christmas when our children returned from college. During building, all of the subcontractors told us that they were being pressured by Dave to complete the house ahead of schedule so we could have a place for our children to stay when they returned from school. Dave was as happy as we were when our children returned and the house was waiting for them. This letter will serve as an invitation to come and view our house and discuss the experience we had with Dave Miller. I unhesitatingly recommend Dave as a builder, as a colleague and as a collaborator in what, for us, was the largest financial investment we have made. Please do not hesitate to call or write. Dave Miller Dear Dave, I wanted to let you know that Tim and I are thoroughly enjoying our new home. This original construction is so full of light and warmth. We love it! We appreciate how you worked with us our dream home; from design, to the great light fixtures down to the exquisite expertise shown in the finish work. Even after the closing, your willingness and promptness to address any concerns was wonderful. A "thank you" to all who worked with us day to day. During an afternoon drive in mid July, my husband and I noticed a piece of property that we were compelled to look at. Within a few days, we had decided we needed to purchase that land and build a house on it. When we first approached Dave Miller of Landmark about the construction of our new home, neither party was certain that it was a project that could be pursued at such a late date in the summer. But our excitement could not be contained, and we managed to convince Dave to assist us with this endeavor. From that moment on, and throughout the completion of the project, he became someone we learned to rely on and trust. He assisted us with the purchase of the property, guided us through the myriad of decisions to be made, and offered suggestion when we had questions. As one would expect, these are tasks that a builder would be part of, but he was so much more. Dave worked with us on changes to the original architectural design. These changes ended being some of our favorite features in the home. He always listened constructively when we asked for a design change or modification, and consistently demonstrated flexibility when we had an issue. Dave and his staff always dealt with us very professionally,but in addidtion, he made us feel as if we were important. We knew that he had several other projects also taking place, but he always made time for us. Overall, the project was a favorable experience, and we know that this is directly related to Dave and his crew.
